It's easy to see why this particular space gun falls at (or at least near) the top of everyone's list of favorites. Flashy art deco lightning bolts accent the bright red of the weapon's body, capturing the futuristic vision of Buck Rogers creator Dick Calkins' world. Insider the metal body is a waterproof leather sack that held about 40 shots of water. That any survived at all -- c'mon, a steel water pistol? -- is a minor miracle. But the truth is, these can be found at fairly reasonable prices if you bide your time and stay on top of eBay. The rarer copper variation, on the other hand, might set you back a body part or two.
